Maximum fineness of grind at minimum roller gap – HÄNDLE’s Alpha II: the standard for hydraulic high-performance roller mills at minimal possible roller gaps of 0.5 mm.
The essential characteristics
Precise adherence to the roller gap thanks to optimized roller bearings
Structure-optimized system that allows only a slight deviation in the crushing result with a small roller gap
Longer service life of all wear parts and reduced maintenance requirements thanks to the optimized design of the highly wear-resistant scrapers
High reproducibility of the crushing result thanks to electronic roller gap adjustment
Minimized deformation and stress peaks in all components through the use of the finite element method
Maximum fineness of grind at minimum roller gap
The «Alpha II» series represents the latest product of ongoing, systematic evolution in the fine grinding of plastic and semi-plastic ceramic raw materials in roller mills set to an effective roller gap of 0.5 mm. «Alpha II» units are designed for use as second or third roller mills in series with appropriate primary and/fine roller mills. These machines are specially designed for high throughputs with optional adjustment down to non-varying, super-narrow roller gaps in continuous operation. The «Alpha II» is available in widths of 1000, 1200 and 1500 mm and diameters of 800 to 1000 mm for volumetric throughputs ranging up to 79 m³/h at a roller-gap setting of 1 mm.
Our competence in such mechanical processes has made HÄNDLE a preferred supplier of products for similar areas of technology, too. Individual tasks will be tested process-related and improved in our HÄNDLE laboratory.
“Just touch a lump of clay – and you’ll be stuck on it for good” Like numerous companies established during the
19th century age of industrialization, the HÄNDLE Company has had an eventful history.
