Box Feeder with 1.250mm, 1.500 mm <br /> and 2.000 mm belt width

The better a given box feeder has been attuned and accommodated to a particular material and its particular properties, i.e., feed size, moisture content, bulk density and consistency, as well as to the requirements of the downstream equipment, the better it can do its job. In order to best fulfill the resultant diversity of criteria, HÄNDLE has designed five different type series.

Standard-type BKN box feeders for unprocessed raw materials and prepared bodies. Heavy duty BKSS box feeders for unusually coarse, hard-to-handle raw materials, high throughputs and large storage capacity. Light-, standard-type and heavy duty rubber-belt box feeders especially well suited for processing trickling and free-flowing bulk materials.

TYPE BKG
TYPE BKN/ BKNG
TYPE BKSS/ BKSSG

HÄNDLE invented the box feeder in 1906 and had it patented the following year. HÄNDLE-built box feeders can be found throughout the global ceramic industry, where they are used for feeding, proportioning, buffering and storing unprocessed raw materials, prepared bodies, additives and waste materials.
