For installation and commissioning of the machines supplied by us, we can rely on a team of experienced specialists.
Our team currently consists of 8 service technicians: 1 assembly supervisor and 7 service technicians. 3 of them were trained for preventive maintenance.
This is your guarantee that the installation of your machines is carried out by experts and in the shortest possible time. As a matter of course, our installation team gives thorough instruction to your operating personnel, as well as installation and commissioning.
Extensive documentation with detailed instructions for installation, operation, maintenance and repair, lubrication charts, spare part lists, etc. is part of our scope of delivery and services.

Repairs

When nothing else works, you need fast help with no red tape. We manufacture quickly and flexibly the spare parts your machine needs. In addition, we keep about 6.500 spare and wear parts in stock.

Short downtimes, a fast delivery and a simple replacement of wear parts have a significant positive impact on the economic efficiency of your machines and plants.

Many challenges that came up in the course of the Corona crisis have to be mastered together with new solutions.

For example, at a customer in Serbia the mechanical assembly of a HÄNDLE ALPHA II series fine roller mill, delivered before the Corona crisis, had to be completed and put into operation with online support.
To carry out the live online assembly via video conferencing, the customer installed three cameras at his site. Live under the guidance of a team of experts from HÄNDLE in Mühlacker, a customer team assembled the roller mill ready for operation. The fine roller mill was also commissioned online.

A further live online assembly of a HÄNDLE fine roller mill Alpha II and remote maintenance were also put into practice together with customers in Russia and the support of our sales representation HÄNDLE Ural.

Thanks to the excellent cooperation of our customers and regional representatives, it is possible to work digitally and successfully together to find joint solutions even in times of Corona.
