Our grid and screen plates are tailormade to suit the required material reduction,throughput and wear patterns. Thanks to a choice of six different material qualities:
- hardnesses ranging from 280 to 530 HB
- tensile strengths from 800 to 1,600 N/mm²
As well as optional high wear-resistant compound steels, we can guarantee best-level customer value (read: best price / performance ratio) for any application.
The screen plates can be turned 180° or interchanged after wearing down on one side. This reduces your wear-induced expenditures for new screens by some 30%.
Original HÄNDLE parts are characterized by optimized wear behavior, long service lives andeasy handling for replacement.
